BILLINGS POWER ATHLETE STARTING March 1st @ 4:15pm!

Billings Power Athlete targeting junior high, high school, and collegiate athletes!
FORGING POWERFUL ATHLETES
Friday WOD:
For 20 Minutes:
Every minute on the minute complete the following:
5 Bent Rows (1/2 BW)
5 Burpees
5 Box Jumps 24", 20"
*go until you cannot complete the reps in the minute. Then take a 1 minute break and start again until the 20 minutes are completed.
