Kinda like "fight gone bad," but really not as bad!!!

3 Rounds: 1 min @ each max reps, 1 min rest between rounds

SDHP (75#, 95#)
Burpee long jumps
Walking Lunges (weighted)
Sit-ups

Just for kicks:
3x5 Max height Box Jumps

2x400m sprints (your lungs better be burning!)
